Don't tell the Grammy's I forgot them! I NEED MUSIC!!!
After watching the Grammy’s last night, I’m musically inspired… I do have a few musical items on my list…
17. Be on a music video shoot
35. Be in a recording studio while a song is being recorded
60. Attend the CMA’s
90. Hang out with Kenny Chesney on a boat in the Caribbean
92. Tell Rascal Flatts in person that they have recorded the soundtrack of my life
100. Play the Big piano at FAO Schwartz
Ohhhh MY! I thought the Grammy’s were on my list!
Now they are!
132. Attend the Grammy Awards
I remembered some other things that didn’t make my list, but should have… Guess I should have written them down b/c for the life of me I can’t remember… UGH!
Okay, here’s a shout out to Music Monday – I have a road trip this weekend and need some tunes for the ride… Nothing makes a road trip more fun than the sing sings! Lol! If you have a suggestion, PLEASE share! In the spirit of the Grammy's I have already got the Adele CD ready and LOADED!!!!

Labels:
Adele,
FAO Schwartz,
Grammys,
Kenny Chesney,
Music Monday,

Play the piano? NOT ME!
Several years ago my DH surrendered to the ministry… When he first started out he filled in at various local churches. I didn’t attend with him unless he was there for a few Sundays in a row because it was important for us to maintain normalcy for our DS in having a church home. It would never fail when I visited the church with him he would introduce me and the church member would say, “Nice to meet you Kelley, do you play the piano?”
WHAT? That’s the first thing that popped into your head? Seriously?!?!? UGH! NO, I DON’T PLAY THE PIANO! It is the two thousands! This Preacher’s wife not only doesn’t play the piano, she also has a full time job AND love RASCAL FLATTS! So there!
Okay, off my soapbox, what does this have to do with Music Monday? Other than the mention of Rascal Flatts? Ummm.. I gotta problem…
I have “play the BIG piano at FAO Schwartz” on my list… I can’t play the piano! Oh my! Be careful what you wish for!!! LOL! oops! Now, I need a piano teacher..

Trip planning to Boston or New York City
Looking over my list I was curious to see how many items were on it that involved NEW YORK CITY… There are 15!

37. Be on Saturday Night Live
69. Ride a double decker bus – Doesn’t have to be in NY, but they have them there for tours…
84. Buy something at Tiffany’s
95. Do a Top 10 with David Letterman
96. Spend a day with David Tutera – I would REALLY LOVE to see his warehouse – They showed it briefly in one of the early episodes of MFW, I don’t even know if he still has one in New York, but he did… And I was AMAZED!
97. Go to the Nate Berkus Show
100. Play the Big piano at FAO Schwartz
102. Walk through the stacks of books at the New York library like on Ghostbusters
103. Go to Coney Island
104. See a Broadway show on Broadway
108. Ring the opening bell at the stock market
109. Be at a GMA filming
110. Have a true NY style Cheesecake from NY (no offense Chessecake Factory)
111. Have a dessert at Serendipity
Okay, so as I plan our trip to Boston and working on a side trip to NY I realize that my time frame isn’t big enough. Not to mention the fact that DH and I really want to see Boston too… So, I’m in a quandary… What do you do? Fully enjoy Boston and miss an opportunity to do SOMETHING in New York on the list, or miss Boston and go for the gusto…
Comments/Suggestions… Please… Anyone… Anyone… Bueller… Bueller… lol!

Why -Bucket List Living NOW?
This is the short answer -
Several years ago my sister and I went sky diving. A day later I visited my FIL who was fighting cancer at the time and I told him what I had just done, his reply - "I always wanted to do that and now I never will get to." Why do we wait until the end of our lives to start living our dreams? And doing the things we want to do? I'm done waiting on something else to happen before I choose ME - I'm bucket list living NOW!
Please join my adventure! If you wait, you WON'T!
